Shima-no-Niwajuku is hiring staff.
Looking for friends! We're recruiting new members!
To those interested in the activities of Shimano Niwa Juku.
We create and deliver experiences that nourish the mind and body through Okinawa's nature and culture.
This sentiment resonated with me, and I quickly rose through the ranks from staff to executive by highlighting my unique strengths.
We are looking for "mabu" (precious companions) who will walk with us towards the future. We want to go from Okinawa to all over Japan and the world. Okinawa residents are welcome, and people from anywhere in Japan are welcome! We will turn your love for your local area into a business that contributes to society without requiring you to travel. We are also recruiting executives and board members in all regions of Japan, not just on the main island, and we welcome those who are looking for a side job or second job. We look forward to your participation.
Regardless of the business or department, Shimano Niwa Juku might be suitable for those considering independence in the future. The organization incorporates company-like characteristics. Perhaps it's for free spirits? What's that? (laughs)
Lazy people, please stay away! I think the way to earn money at Niwajuku is by working (thinking), receiving thanks, and so on.
One particularly popular and interesting service recently is Premium Ride, a designated driver service. It's really fun! You work in pairs: the customer's car (requires a Class 2 driver's license) is driven home, and you follow behind in a separate vehicle (a Class 1 license is sufficient, or a regular driver's license is fine). Young people, seniors, middle-aged people, and women can all do this job.
Even if you're just "a little curious," you're more than welcome to join us.
Please feel free to give a full self-introduction; even just asking questions is fine to start with.
We value passion and character more than experience.
Please fill out the form below.
We look forward to hearing from you from all over the country.
We welcome people like this
・Someone who enjoys healing and making people happy
・People who are interested in nature and wellness
・People who want to challenge themselves with new things
・People who want to convey the charm of Okinawa
・Even if you just have an idea like, "I want to do this!", that's fine too.
