A 30% fee will be charged for any changes to the schedule or course, regardless of the date.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

It is free up to 14 days before the day of the event, two weeks prior to the event.

Up to 13 days prior to the date: 25% of the fee

Up to 12 days prior: 30% of the fee

Up to 11 days prior: 35% of the fee

Up to 10 days prior: 40% of the fee

Up to 9 days prior: 50% of the fee

Up to 8 days prior: 60% of the fee

Up to 7 days prior: 70% of the fee

Up to 6 days prior to the date: 80% of the fee

From then until the day before, 90% of the fee applies.

Cancellations made the day before, on the day of, or without prior notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

In the event of heavy rain, we will discuss whether to change the course or postpone the event.

In case of cancellation, due to flight cancellations, storm warnings, typhoons, etc., Shimano Niwa Juku will take appropriate measures to ensure safety.

If a cancellation is declared

We will refund the full amount of the fee you have paid, once we have set a date for the refund.

(However, if any preparation costs have been incurred, only those costs will be deducted.)

"Because the weather in Okinawa is unpredictable, we will waive cancellation fees if your flight is canceled due to a typhoon or other severe weather. However, for cancellations due to normal heavy rain, the standard fee will apply from 13 days prior to your flight. Please check the weather forecast and contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns."
